THEA'S THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

About Me

My name is Thea Morton and have enjoyed working and building my practice in Casper for 15 years.

I was originally trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular massage but I have broadened my education by taking courses in Advanced Myofascial Techniques, Dermo-neuro-modulation, pregnancy massage, hand therapy, sports massage, and chair massage.

I promote the idea that massage is as important to bodies as oil changes are for cars and that it is difficult but important to maintain the bodies that carry us through life. Every person is different and becoming aware of where our bodies are in space can make a substantial difference in feelings of well-being. The benefits of massage go beyond the musclular and can also aid with sleep, blood pressure, and recovery rates from an injury. Even with all the benefits taken into account, it is important to check with your doctor to be sure that massage is right for you.
